This three-day workshop introduces Critical Chain concepts and gives a forum to assess the organizational readiness for implementation. The emphasis is on identifying a path to improve project management results.
In the workshop, you'll gain new insight into the fundamental nature of projects, learn the key differences between traditional project management and the CCPM approach, and the elements required for a successful implementation. Through a facilitated discussion, these best-practice elements are matched against your organization's reality to assess the current state of your project management processes and develop consensus on a strategy to move towards improving operating results.
This two-day workshop is for a team of managers from a single company or business unit. It creates the “to-be” process for a Critical Chain Project Management implementation, providing a forum to assess the organizational readiness for implementation and developing a statement of the future state processes, roles, accountabilities and measurements.
In the workshop, attendees are working through the obstacles for implementation and identifying a path forward to achieve the project management results they desire. Through a facilitated discussion, best-practice elements are matched against the organizational reality to assess the current state of the processes and develop consensus on a strategy to move towards improving operating results.
Critical Chain Right Start
This four-day workshop is for attendees that have already attended either of the CCPM introduction courses. In this workshop, the objective is to get the company’s first project started correctly by planning the first project using CCPM principles and developing a few of the planning business processes.
At the conclusion of the workshop, attendees will have a deep understanding of their first project, the sequence of tasks, resource requirements and have a clear idea of the next steps to put the project into the execution phase
