Theory of Constraints Lean Six Sigma – TLS – has, in double blind studies, been shown to deliver 15 times more results than Lean alone and 23 times the results with Six Sigma alone. TLS blends the Theory of Constraints (ToC), Lean and Six Sigma principles to deliver significant bottom line returns quickly; payback is typically 10 to 1.
Introduction to TLS Theory of Constraints Lean Six Sigma Workshop
In this one day seminar, attendees will learn:
- Improve the effectiveness of your Lean or Six Sigma Implementation using TLS
- Discover the root causes of poor continuous improvement program results
- Learn how to create a continuous improvement process that is aligned with the overall business strategy

TLS Champions Workshop
This two day workshop introduces TLS concepts and tools and when presented internally, provides a forum to assess the organizational readiness for implementation. The emphasis is on identifying a path forward to accelerate CI team results and leading continuous improvement or business excellence iniatives.
In the workshop, attendees gain new insight into how to leverage improvement projects for the most return, how to create a structure for continuous improvement, how to create a unified continuous improvement approach and the elements required for a successful implementation.
The participants will use a sampling of several tools from each of the three methodologies to ensure a deep understanding of how the TLS strategy operates. Using business case and simulation, we’ll ensure a rewarding and stimulating learning experience.

TLS Foundations Course
This two-day workshop introduces TLS concepts and tools and when presented internally, provides a forum to assess the organizational readiness for implementation. The emphasis is on developing an understanding of the TLS process and understanding how the methods can work together synergistically
