| HD courses make extensive use of
video, audio, and interactive storyboards such as drag and drop.
Completion times range between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the
subject. These courses are intended for self-study, not group
training, as course seats are assigned to individual students.
Courses conclude with a thorough, randomized exam, after which the
student and/or group manger may print the completion certificate.
Certificates display student name, company name, name of course,
date of completion, final grade, etc. |
||
| HD courses are purchased based on the
number of students who require training. To train 5 people, for
example, 5 seats must be purchased. These courses allow 30 days of
access time once the course has been started. Final exams may be
taken up to three times. If an assigned course is not started within
90 days access to it will expire. This expiration clock does not
begin until a course is assigned to a student, which allows group
managers to buy multiple seats, then assign the courses as needed. |
||
| HD courses require a PC equipped for
video and audio, a broadband internet connection (dial-up is not
recommended), plus Windows Media Player, Flash and Adobe Acrobat.
When you purchase an online course, you have 90 days to complete the course, but you have 30 days from your first login. |
